guys, i've been spamming emails to my friends and officemates hoping someone could help... just copy + paste the message and email this to your own friends if ganahan mo...

hello there,

You guys must be wondering why i'm emailing this to you. Some of you probably don't even know me at all. This is relating to a few of my friends who met a terrible accident last sunday, Oct. 2 at about 2:00 AM. It happened near Borakk, at the northern end of Escario ( the one near the Ayala Center Overpass, intersecting Cardinal Rosales Ave. ).

They were on their way home, walking, when a red car came out of nowhere and hit the 4 of them and left as if nothing happened. 2 of them suffered minor injuries, while one got a very bad wound on her head. the fourth, being the one, who suffered the most is still currently confined in the Intensive Care Unit of Sacred Heart Hospital ( Southwestern University ) since Sunday morning.

The accident happened almost surreptitiously. The car, and the driver, was not identified.

anyone who, by chance, heard about the incident and know the driver of the red sedan which hit my friends. Or, perhaps, witnessed the event and was able to take note of the plate number. Or any other information that may lead to getting legal relief for my very unfortunate friends, please have time to reply to this email.

We all know that these things happen, but my friends badly need financial help to fully recover. We are hoping, praying, that the driver will come to his senses and be responsible for his actions. It is not only lawfully required, but also humanely called for.

haay... i was in Sacred Heart ganina kay visit nako si Rowena...fortunately, gipasulod ko sa nurse sa ICU [actually, ni dretso lang ko sulod ]...so wa nay nahimo ang nurse...kunde nag cge na lang cia tubag sa ako mga questions...

I asked the nurse sa iya condition and she told me na they are monitoring her closely and mejo naa na progress...but still unconcious pa gihapon cia though mo respond man cia usahay kay momove man iya body... when i started to call her name [kay ingon man ang nurse na tawag-tawagon nako]...ni move man cia...except sa left side sa iya body ...d pa jed ma move coz sa right part of her head man ang operation...and twice pa jed i saw her head jed...basta!...I almost couldn't manage to see Rowena in her condition... with all the equipments around her and masko unsa na lang gipansak sa iya... everytime i call her name... morag ganahan cia mo talk... same sa observation sa mga nakavisit na niya...and before i left napansin nako na naa tear sa iya right eye.... i was able to talk to her mom and ni.ana cia na nakabantay sad cia na strong ayo si wena coz morag ganahan cia mo talk everytime na storyahon niya and naa tears ang iya mata... i dunno if effect ra ni kay cge ra close iya eyes...We'll just hope na she'll get better and better... Visiting her has left me feeling sad and yet uplifted and proud sa iya gipakita nga strength.

Let's continue praying for her fast recovery mga peeps...ty!

ako lang na realize ba while reading this update, na rowena wants to tell something jud, cos in the way na mo respond cya and mura ug naa cya isulti, maybe naa cya ma remember sa incident, basin ug nabantayan nya ang plate number or description sa car before it hits her... this is just a small possibility...

to wena, just hold on gurl..kaya na nimo..just be strong and have faith in God., ma solve ra ni tanan. and kadto na driver is manubag jud ani tanan nahitabo nimo karon.

i saw an episode of macguyver kadto bata pa ko, macguyver was like a victim of hit and run also and na hospital sya like burby and he cant talk nor move, but he can hear the people around him and there is a slight response from his fingers, so para ma identify ang suspects ni macguyver, they placed his fingers in a plate of powder and he drew an identifying symbol for the suspects... wala lang it may look cheesy but maybe you're all right, maybe burby has an idea of that car that hit her mismo...

the last time we talked the attendant, he said na kana daw movements ni weng like sa iya pagmove iya left foot is involuntary, and ang pagluha2x iya eyes involuntary ghapon, as he said its better not to talk to her coz motaas lang lage iya BP..shes in coma as wat the nurse said...
i think the least we can do is pray to GOD and ask HIM kung unsa maoy best para ni weng, unsa pagboot sa God let it be... lets PRAY

check every garage shops about a red sedan. maybe it can help trace him.
He has to repair it somewhere.

start from the yellow pages.
there must be around 10-50 shops around cebu, mandaue and mactan..

well if you dont mind.
or ask help from fellow istoryans to ask the local shops arun ma gamay gamay or ma lessen and filter some of the shops to check.

well... since its already been a few days since the incident happened and no one has confessed regarding it, I only hope that his conscience (if he has one) is killing him right now... I am referring to the person driving the car...
