march 2013 akong weight 149lbs , height 5'3" cguro.. 6months of detox through vegetable juice 3-4tyms a day akong weight kay 123lbs. pagka 6th month nko nagstart og 1hr jogging... den 7th month Oct 2013 no rice ko mondays to saturdays, if naa occasion magrice ko pero magjuice nako igka ugma ana.. vegetable juice ko once a day nalang den magrice panagsa pro katong mais... nadaot akong healthy eating og jogging pag linog, bagyong yolanda, niabot nalang ang pasko, bday skong kuya, pista sa amo, new year, bday skong papa, sinulog og bagyong bashang! so karon wa pako kabaw sa akong weight magtimbang kog balik pra makastart napod kog healthy eating kay murag ni gain kog weight pro dili preha sauna nga 149lbs..![]()
I am looking for this kind of support group. We all have discipline but it is hard when you are alone because no one can help you monitor your progress or be there to say no to "cheating" hehehe. We can only do so much alone. I am 5'5 and weigh 170lbs. I want to go back to 140lbs at least. anyone can be my support buddy?![]()
^^nahan kau ko mag support buddy kay ive always been an achiever of my goals, i know how to discipline myself esp if i am really motivated and i have that now. just done with my 30min work out, breakfast is the same, sugarless oatmeal, green tea, slice of papaya, snacking on water melon after work out, few mins from now i will have lunch, one hard boiled egg, tuna, 1 whole wheat pandesal. i have not been eating rice for nearly 2 weeks now. no pork, just fish, eggs, fruits, veggies and freshly juiced veggies and fruits, unli green tea. we can do this!
ako advise guys kay stop eating carbs from processed sugar, and all types of grains. eat more meat, veggies and fruits. I'm confident you will loose weight even with minimal exercise and without starving yourself. My manager lost 10kg and an inch of his belly in 2 weeks without exercise or any dietary suppliment. no need to count your calories. quite expensive to have this lifestyle though coz meat, fresh fruits and veggies are not cheap.
depende man gud sad ni sa weight nga dapat i lose. kadtong sobra jud kaau sa timbang, when you start losing weight, grabe ka paspas just like mine kay akong ideal weight should be around 100-110 lbs. im still about 140lbs right now. my first week, i lost 5kg, i doubt if i can lose the same karon second week kay the closer you are to your desired weight, the harder it gets there, mag plateau paka usahay nga bisag unsaon nimo, dili na jud mo usos imong timbang but yes, change of lifestyle is the key. im hoping to carry on with this, barely 2 weeks that i have not eaten white carbs, bad fats and sugar. religiously exercised at least 30 mins a day. i can do this. im very motivated now

pama-olan na noun ko kay wala ko naka follow-up sa gym. kaning trabaho mka daut gyud nis bisyo. hahaha..

done with my 30 min work out. now snacking on pear, will eat my oatmeal in a bit. i have salmon to steam, making my whole wheat sandwiches for work. almost done with my week 2. another weigh in on monday, tan awon natog pilay na lose. we can all do this
