not so good with the area here i cebu but the best place i dated someone before kay sa dumaguete when i was in college. it was a resort there called south seas and i requested to have our dinner table near the pool with the oceanview... i also requested to have the lights turned off near the pool area... we had dinner and i even cut her steak into little bite size pieces for her. she was my first GF and 2 months after she left me after 3yrs and a half we've been together...
never doing that again.
