natural method, it is a period of time where the female acid is extremely acidic enough to not let the sperm survive...

contraception on the other hand adds more "acid" on the unnatural way...even if the woman is fertile, the sperm won't be able to survive because there is an external substance making it unfertile...

Contraception is not an abomination because it prevents unwanted pregnancies and the spread of STDs with very minimal failure rate.
