advice lang nako nimo. you need to let go of this company.at first tan.aw nako ok ra ang company, i heard positive comments about durano's manament way back in sykes but seeing at the issues now, murag kelangan pa jud niya og strong additional/backup support from her management team. walay klarong planning, im not sure ngano na ingon ani.
and yeah possibilities happen. like now, who could've thought a client would back out when it seems they are almost ready?
the notion that this is a new call center with great benefits and higher pay obviously made everyone disappointed and discouraged.

matud pa ako migo na apil daw ko sa naka pasar kay dungan man daw pagtawag akong ngan og iayng ngan then ilang pool pasar man pero pag 4:30pm pa sila gisulti.an sa results... lol...
imagine take ko exam 10:30am ana balik 1pm for the results, written ragud to sayun pajud au exam... alas tres nalang wala gihapon lakaw nalang ko oi... gives a bad impression sa company...
