    we nee to sleep atleast 8 hours... as we grow older mo decrease na sad ang atong need sa slip hahahahaha kun magkatiguwang mga 2-4 hrs of slip payts na!

    lately mga 1 - 2hrs nlng akong sleep.. .. i sleep mga 4-4:30 and mu wake up mga 5:30 or 6..
    its been like that for a week now..

    maunsa man ko anih ..??

    nka notice ko na dali na au ko ma numb ...

    and tugnaw au ,,

    lisud man gud itulog.. bsta di ka study.. di ko pa tulgon sa akong consenxa..

    interesting!! pero ako sleep pattern usually mga 6-7hours ra gyud...f naay laag mao na g ingon y tulogay..hehehe

    milk cguro para mka slip ka dayon..nya yaw inom ug 2 much caffeine content samot imu insomnia..hehehe

    9-10 hours would be enough,even so for 12 hours

    naa toy namatay sauna...4 days walay tulog...
    sleep is a need! mao nga at least 8 hrs...
    walay makabayad sa lami nga katulog...hehe
