i beg to disagree pre, acts of terrorism is not only in the middle east. We never expected the US to have the 9/11. That was a wake up call for the world. Discriminating ra sad kaayo ta kung atoa nang huna hunaon na. True though that security measures at this time needs to be tightened. But Bin Laden's troops will not bring havoc to middle east, it's main enemy is the US government.

actually majority of our ofws are from middle east. they are the major contributors of the remittances in the country. True that most of us prefer any western countries but in terms of skills and matching to job opportunites, mas daghan gyud ang requirement sa middle eastern countries compared to the others. the sad truth lang is daghan kaayo nato ang mo discriminate kay mostly muslim countries lagi and mas strikto. pero kung ang tawo ganahan gyud mangita ug kaayuhan mo risgo man gyud.

mao lagi bro but lisod man gud kaau if matripan nila ang mga outsiders na naa sa ila mga territories.. 1 factor for them to consider is kung maglisod na sila ug sulod sa uban countries tungod high alarm na ang mga pips of what happend to bin laden.. its like we're giving them people to take hostage.. its not discriminating man pud tingali coz gban napud baya na beforehand.. ang ako lang pud na its still to early to lift the ban..

ngano diay? sure diay na nga walay mahappen nila if mularga sila ngadto? nya if mularga man sila ngadto nya magkalisod sila kinsa man sila mangau ug tabang? diba government daun? nya if dili sila matabangan kinsa man sila basulon? diba government japon..? nya kinsa man ang niadto jud ngadto? kinsa man nagsugo nila na muadto ngadto? ang ako lang jud point is not now lang sa kay init pajud kau ang issue bout bin laden nya wala pata kahibaw what would happen next.. kasabot man pud ko sa part na daghan pud jud opporutnities ngadto for our workers and ato gov't is not paying enuf sa ato mismong mga workers.. but ang safety man gud, unsaon man na nila if ever man naay mahitabo nila ngadto? mg.unsa man ang ila mga families whom they are working for and the reason for them to work there..? dont think of the present, think of the future..

you have a point bro, but to borrow a quote from you "dont think of the present, think of the future". That what we are precisely pointing out, the PRESENT tells us that Iraq's situation is the same as 2004. But the truth A LOT has changed and it's 2011. Now thinking about the future means looking at the opportunities for filipinos and providing for those who really needs it.

Daghan baya kaayo sila ug workers gipangita. Most are in the field of construction and health care. Ang kana bitaw atong mga panday maluoy ko kay most of them kay below minimum ang pay or pakyaw pakyaw ilang trabaho. dako na kaayo na nila nga mo sweldo ug tag 30 thousand sa gawas, ug dako na kaayo na ug tabang para sa ilang pamilya.

Ang usa sad is the number of unemployed nursing graduates nato, there are more than 100 thousand of them in the country. Plus they are asking our government to provide jobs for them, gihatagan sila ug trabaho sa gobyerno sa mga government hospitals bitaw pero di sila kay tua sa mga probinsya and they ALL want to work out of the country. For short dili tanan mahatag sa atong gobyerno. karon pa gyud na on hold ang hiring of nurses to US, New Zealand, Australia, Canada...so most of our nurses na tanggong diri. If not kay tua sa other middle eastern countries.

Tanang butang naa man gyuy pros and cons.
