mahulog na 3 years ang contract! year 1 is training then ang two years ky mao nana xa,hehe ..kalimot ko sa uban details...then sige na sila panawat..pundo para sa mga position nga gipangresignan sa nurses na na kaabot na ug 3 years..

manawag na sila if nakapasar ka ila exams..naa ko kauban sa work na second courser 30 y.o, apply siya CHH then kapasar siya then iya pud grade kay qualified..unya WALA siya gi offfer-an ug position pagkanurse instead position sa engineer.. ila reason is wa xa ka meet sa age requirement...sayang..

FYI regarding the contract matter at Chong Hua Hospital , probationary period of 6 months not counted in the 2 years contract. Upon regularization after your 6 months that's the time where you start counting for the 2 years experience. that's the new policy implemented by HR just last year . anyway for those unemployed nurses stop complaining na gamay og sweldo kay kahibalo na baya ka ana even before you graduate! make your move don't be a couch potato! nothing will happen to you if you keep on complaining.as of now new batch of hired nurses are undergoing the didactic lecture around September guro sila ma disperse sa floor. good luck!
