our soldiers fight in the jungles.. tanks can't go in the jungles.. any tank would be useless.

Nice repaint. A Super Tucano in the PAF inventory looks to be a long shot though.
Thanks Kebs! This took just about 45 minutes hehehe. Thing is, to my horror, I realized I repainted the wrong a/c! That particular 3D model seen in the screenshot, is of a T-27 Tucano, and the OD paintjob is actually for an Embraer 314 Super Tucano! Wahhh! Mali! I knew there was something wrong when I compared the texture files (nothing lined up! wahhh), but I still kludged at it anyways in Photoshop, and it still worked hehehe.

But now, I've finally downloaded the correct a/c and will post a better paintjob soon. And now I'll stop talking lest this topic turns into a Flightsimming thread (will just continue the saga of my "mistake" in the Flightsimming thread later, hehehe).

So getting back to topic, yeah, it's like the argument that goes "What do you prefer, high rate of fire (high ROF, to ensure most of your bullets hit the target) with low accuracy, or single-shot with pin-point accuracy?"

Ha! I was about to suggest lowering the tigershark mouth because it's too high up the nacelle.

You might want to post that on philskies as well. Start a thread on the Super Tucano.

Whoa, while finding the documentation for the new Super Tucano I downloaded, I stumbled upon this PDF:

    http://www.fav-club.com/articulos/PDF/Supertucano.pdf

Man, look at all those Super Tucanos being fielded in Latin American countries!

And...on page 2, they even have a PROPOSED Super Tucano livery/scheme for the Philippine Air Force! hahahahaha! Interesting!

siguro naa sad kay punto! peru i think what we have right now is oldies tank(panahon pa ni mampor) na.. (as in armored tank like used in basilan). look what happen sa usa ka LT nga bag-o pa ni grduate sa PMA, namatay tungod lang sa usa ka RPG. if we have that tank, sure ko nadakpan ug napatay nato nila ang ASG ug earlier na rescue ang mga victims..

    got my point bro?

its not only for the jungle brod... ug i think if dili lang kaayo bukid ug lalom nga rivers/sapa, kaya na sa tanke..

Nice find! The plane is clearly good value for third world countries. The proposed paint scheme doesn't look bad either.

hmm i noticed, PGMA really wants to buy something before her term ends hehehe
nyways, tanks i think would only be RPG targets in the jungle, roads rana sila kutob...

how bout humvees? maybe mas effective pa
pero pinaka effective jud to ang chopper i think.. heheh

in any case, may nalang naay upgrade atong military
