I post ni nako diri....suggestion lang to you since you are the author for the Bacolod event, for the participants from Cebu...we may have to substantially reduce the registration fee per class para ma sulit jud ilang biyahe and mas ganado sila mo adto.....

Mga Autocrossers!

We are in our final stages of negotiations with SM Bacolod with our Bacolod Leg. Well, actually, they invited us and we were more than happy to arrange it with them. We are looking at a four day event which will be partnered with Karting and a Karting/Autocross Clinic for the 1st two days of the event. The tentative date is either Sept.17,18,19 and 20 or Sept.24,25,26 and 27. The only hindrance to this event is poor attendance, which is why I am posting this in advance so I will know who's joining, yours opinions and questions with regards to cost of travel, etc. The route is a landtrip via Toledo-San Carlos City ferry being a half-days travel from Cebu to Bacolod. Ferry is around 1,200 per trip for car and driver.
We suggest that majority, if not all participants stay in our partner hotels(sponsors) so we can all get big discounts.
I will keep you posted on this matter.
If your up for it, please PM me or post your opinions esp. your concerns about the date and the accommodations.
Katol na tiil Allan og Liklik ay! San Carlos to Bacolod is a transcentral route across the mountain ranges of Negros. Fairly a good way to practice before the event. Ayaw lang sugata ang CERES bus.

Im talking to SM later to give us funds to set-up the track but thats the most they can do aside from giving us the venue for free. Mind you, the area is 140m x 80m which is bigger than SM Cebu. If they will, then we can probably make the registration 1000/entry and 500/re-entry.

The ferry will cost you around 2,500 back and forth. Hotel is around 800 to 1200 for double accomodations. I will go there next week to close the deal and will keep you posted.

The ride is actually very short. From Cebu City to Toledo City will only take an hour and a half, which is the same time it il take the Ferry to bring us to San Carlos City. The uphill-downhill route to Bacolod is 2 hours. In total, three hours thirty in the car and one hour thirty in the ferry.

The ferry has first class accomodations but the tourist class is not bad, with aircon, reclinable sets and TV. The only difference is the size of the seats which I think the larger guys will need, diba lan?

As for the TV Coverage, We are still working it out with a Cable TV Station but Im sure next year we will be on the spotlight. If you guys support the sport, we will be in the tube in no time.....

We hope to see the Cherry QQ matched with a Kia Picanto or a Suzuki Alto soon. Thats our goal!
