Here is another very native recipe that i really want to post here.
    Ka-familiar mo'g MILO-LUY-A?!!

    Salabat - Ginger Tea

    Ingredients
    2-3 cups of water
8-10 thin slices of fresh ginger
    1/2 cup brown sugar

Simmer ginger and sugar in water for about 30 minutes. Serve hot. You can adjust the strength of the tea by adding more ginger or more water depending on your preference. You can also use white sugar resulting to a weak color. Or you can also add a teabag into the pot to add a different flavoring.

    ...good for mga taong gipanuhot...
    Enjoy!

@Chick_99: Here is a recipe of a Basic Crepes.

How To Make A Basic Crepe

    1 cup all-purpose flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup low-fat milk
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons melted butter

Whisk the flour and the eggs together in a large mixing bowl. Slowly stir in the milk and the water. Add the salt and butter, and beat the mixture until smooth.

Heat a griddle or frying pan to medium. Give it a very light spray of cooking oil. Drop the crepe mixture onto the heated surface. Using about a 1/4 cup of batter for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly. "Thin is in" when it comes to the layer of batter.

Cook each side until the golden brown brown (about 2 minutes for side one -- batter will bubble; and 1 minute for side 2). Gently remove and place on a plate. Place waxed paper between cooked crepes to prevent sticking.

This will make 8 crepes. 2 crepes make a serving.

Ang pangutana ani ron, hai naman ang manga?!
He-he-he! Di bitaw ko kahibalo ani pero sa akong sabot, be it mango, banana, avocado, apple, chocolate, etc... filling ra man na.

So here's a recipe for a Crepes Filling:

    Banana Crepes

    For Filling
    3 large bananas -- sliced
    4 Tablespoons butter
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    2 Tablespoons banana liqueur
    4 Tablespoons dark rum
    1/2 cup walnuts

    To make the delicious filling:
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and melt the butter. Add the sugar and stir to make a syrup. Add cinnamon, bananas and stir once more. Gently pour rum and banana liqueur over the bananas.

Flambé the sauce to burn out alcohol. Add the walnuts, divide mixture with your eye into four portions and spoon each portion over a crepe.

Close crepe, top with whipped cream and chocolate chips.

Ilisi lang og manga ang saging aron naa nakay Mango Crepes!

    Egg Salad Sandwich

6 hard cooked eggs at room temp
1/2 cup mayonnaise, or amount to your liking
    salt, to taste
white pepper, (No subsitutes) to taste

Finely chop the hard cooked eggs. I use a pastry tool for this.

Add the mayonnaise, salt and white pepper. Do not subsitute black pepper as the taste will not be the same.

When you taste this egg salad made with 4 simple ingredients, you will wonder why you ever added anything else. Please try it!

    Serves 6.

Actually, diri sa amo, we dont just finely chop the boiled eggs. We mash them! Naa man god ko'y handy chef (as seen on TV) nga maayo kaayo for (not only) egg salad.
