Is Cagayan Valley same with Cagayan de Oro? I believe the writer wrote Cagayan de Oro. If the writer was confused or you said "maybe" he was confused does it mean the magazine isnt that reliable? just asking though.

well may i should have said "they didn't know that Cagayan Valley led the way(started) in white water rafting" which is understandable because they are foreigners but that doesn't diminshed their crediblity as an adventurer par excellence

what's the fuss about that "led the way" thing, it' ridiculous they didn't get what it meant.

CDO 'led the way' for starting the whitewater rafting in Mindanao, but quality wise based on international safety standard, professionalism, general toursim potential and quality rapids it was ultimately outclassed by Davao, obviously the reason why the international magazine Action Asia chose to feature Davao over CDO understandably to address their reputation of featuring the better destinations in Asia.
