If i'm going to be asked this very much dreaded question, here is going to be my reply:
I am a result-oriented person. I was trained to accomplish any task that is assigned to me by looking for all possible means and resources in order to deliver what is expected of me. I believe that having this trait side-by-side with my ability to create solutions in the direst of situations would make me an asset to any company I will be working for.

ANSWER: I can't answer that specifically but you are one with the company and looking for people to work for you.
it's only a suggestion. I haven't encountered this in the real interview.

Do we have to answer that specifically? Maybe it's a trick question? Do we have to sell ourselves to the company or group? How can you deliver your answer without offending them?
I'm just guessing how to be wise tho...... only believe in yourself.
Always remember, the company is looking for people to work them, take advantage of your skills. Must deliver your answer correctly, not offensive , make them think again and, not exaggerated.
