-dont work
-sleep all the time (example : sleep until afternoon, the best way to skip breakfast, and lunch.)
-eat once a day (Dinner, and small snacks would be great.)
-problemahon tanan problem so that you would go to stress
Hehehe... after a couple of days... You will loose some weight! Tried and tested!Hahaha
what if we trade "lukewarm" with "boiling hot", would it even more hasten the process??... hehehe.
just kidding mate...
anyway, i should give this a try... water-therapy good enough plus exercise
- sleep 8 hrs
- eat 6-8 times a day (protein main source) NEVER SKIP A MEAL
- forget all your problems (stress can lead to slower metabolism)
- keep urself active
- no sugar intake (ice tea, juice, soft drinks). coke light / zero / pepsi max is ok, coffee without sugar (a little cream + sweetener)...

para sa ako, just drink water whenever you feel like eating in between meals.....It saves your body, it saves you bulsa... hehehe
after 6 diet and lesser intake of carbo =)
