@Hozenyan, At the time the X850XT Platinum Edition card was the card to have and to this day it still preforms like a champ. I can't complain since the system is running very stable and for a single card setup. It can still play and work all the games and programs I through at it. Of cource an upgrade is in order and I'm looking at the X1900XTX or the nVidia GeForce 7900 for the next card or cards (SLI or Crossfire). I'll see how the review come out on them but for now I'm a very happy camper.

This was my first W/C system and after doing a lot of research and watching my budget I then selected each W/C component carfully and the rest is history.

@akari, I'm glad that my rig is inspiring you, it was a fun project to do. My advise is to do your research and find out how much you are welling to spend cuz it can go pretty high$$$. I still do need my fans to circulate airflow through the case and with all the fans on a Sunbeam fan controller I can dial down the fans to almost silent running. My CPU temps during idle is about 28-30c and during load 39-40c :mrgreen:

As far as your GPU for your ASUS NCT-D board (Dual Xeon and very expensive, very nice), it would really depend on your budget and what you expect to use it for. Since the boardÂ* has PCI Express you have a wide variety to choose from both from ATI and nVidia. So choose well grasshopper.
