mga bro...bago lang ko ani GP ky gihtagan mi sa among family friend ug 2 kabook...i dont know unsa ni breed and age bsta ang usa kalakag ug fur/hair ang usa ky mura ug ilaga (short hair ra)...base sa akong basa2x dri i feed them anang napier grass, inibot ra nako daplin karsada hehe, and alternate food nako ky kanang packed pellets na imported sa caminade..ok ra ba na? gagamay paman ang GPs about 4-5inches pa...managko ba ni na mga mananapa?

Hello!, if you mean kalkag kana na.i mga rosettes iyang fur that is the Abyssinian, then if short hair nia dli kalkag mao na ang American Guinea Pig... Feeding napier grass is nindot ky mao na ilang staple diet jud nila (Correct me if I'm wrong.. hehe)
Kana Packed Guinea Pig Food sa mga Petshops are very ok pero a bit pricey.. alternative ana kay Integra 3000.. pra mas medyo dli gasto... e alternate lng na since I've notice before na.i times na ang cavy ky usahay pul.an jd sa food...
You can also give veggies like carrots and cucumber but in moderation lng gyud...
an Addition is before I also give Ascorbic acid celin kanang Vit.C evryday pra pa healthy pd.. alternative pd ana since mahal2 man, you can give you Cavy LEMON C (naa sa Generics Pharmacy)..

it's very rare to have that breed here in Philippines...but i do have one before but i sell it to my friend in Zamboanga. I don't know if the GP is still alive... It was also not a pure breed though...

with your budget..murag lisod mka kita ana na breed ...idk lang ug unsa nay price range karon with long hair...with peruvian as far as i know..dili mo lower ug 1k each... same with alpaca...mas higher price pa gani ang alpaca kaysa peruvian...and texel...the last time i check with Manila breeders...murag 8-10k plus each....idk lang maybe im out of date na with the price range...basta sure jd ko dli cheap ang texel. hehehehe
