bro, I don't want to sound rude ha.. pero sa imong case, fail nana bro.. you can reapply naman siguro since 3 months naman kaha.. not sure sa ila reapplication process, pero mostly 3 months before mka reapply.

mao ba bro? ky naa man koy kasabay gud gi ingnan jd cya sa interviewer na re apply within a month. ang ako lng kung fail mo ingon unta dayon ky lisod bya sd mg expect dba? pero cge nlng.. skit rba kaau mg expect ka nya wla diay hehe

Lahi man gud na sa Stream bro. As what they said dili dayon contract signing sa stream unlike other cc kay ila pa tanawon ang availability sa account kung asa ka nila isud. Katong akoa pod kay gitagaan ko daan ug reqts pero after 1 week pa ang training. Actually dili man ka basta2 makasud sa centurylink or other account kay you will still have a training TPET for TSR and LPET for CSR. LPET will be for 2 weeks and TPET will be for 1 week. Makapasar gane ka ana kay diha lang ka kadawat sa contract. If you fail, kay you will be reprofiled to other account. They are somehow strict sa training, you must be a front runner so that you can start on time. Coz if you're on the bottom trainee, its either you will be set for a later date.

Just passed the Tech PET for DELL Account. It wasn't easy to be honest, coz you have to be a front runner in terms of quizzes, final exams and practical exams to start early. I was so sad that the other trainees failed coz we thought everyone will pass the TPET but, we were wrong. They will be re-profiled to other account. Fortunately, I passed and had my contract signing just this night. I guess I've made the right decision because they said that DELL Account doesn't have incentives, which I believe is a wrong info. Had read my contract and I believe it has a good compensation package. That's why Im officially declining my CVG Comcast account which I believe is incomparable to Dell Account.
