It really depends if they accept your home-based as experience. Usually if you have a call center/BPO background it will really be higher than your current basic pay.

I think they won't consider it. So the basic salary in JP with no experience at all in call center is just around 15k? Also what this position actually mean? DCFP, does it have the lowest salary like 15k or less?

I believe it's higher, I could be wrong. That's Debit Card Fraud Prevention. Different departments have same pay, it's really based on experience.

Higher than 15k, then its good. Maybe I will apply if I'm really totally healed from the hearbreak, It's still fresh for me. My ex is working in a call center in CEBU, dont know what to do if I see her with her new BF, hahaha. I still need the emotional support from my family and companion of my friends. I just hope in that time, JPMC is still hiring.
