    Supplementing Whey protein is not necessary. If you are able to reach your protein requirements without whey protein then you definitely don't need them. If mag plano kag whey niya undangon nimo kalit in the future.. Make sure you are able to compensate for the loss of protein intake from supplements. You have to maintain calorie and protein intake once you start building muscle.

    If you find protein supplements expensive... Here are other sources you can get protein from. Tuna, chicken breast, sardines, egg or milk.

    and about sa pag aswat like 20lbs nga dumbbell, as of now if mag overhead extension ko para sa triceps kay mag lisud manko og daog. Ako jung pugson to cause muscle trauma? basin madakdakan akong tiil. hehehe..

    I don't think whey protein supplements have negative side effects to healthy human beings. However, since I have a tendency to produce kidney stones, my doctor told me to stop drinking any muscle-building related supplement and just like what xeno said, sticking to more conventional sources of protein. I'd be a hypocrite if I say I wouldn't drink it if I didn't have kidney stones My focus is on strength and endurance though. I don't want to be big-big (I'd be happy to get a Bruce Lee body, he he).

    And I know for sure na usa pud maka solid lawas kana mga exercises sa Philippine Army (tana-awa lawas sa mga cadets mag jogging sa IT park). Sige ko pangita asa makakawat manual nila
