u can also try downloading using sw update. naa man list dd2 sa available updates for ur phone.

it shud include the update for ovi maps, i think is 7.9mb

hmmm. always wifi / accesspoint man ang iya unahon ug gamit as long as nka priority 1 imo wifi / access point bro. also check the setting of the browser sab kung unsa nka.set.
