Personally, I will wait and see what will be the next move ... the President should be very careful and should be very decisive I think in the next months.
Pwedi san na brod...considering a suspicious absence of the usual 'media savvy camera friendly grandstanding trapos' in the scene.

Now' is in place to help justify his action and elevate his grievances. All the while, wa kabalo si Mendoza he's just a pawn in a game called 'bust the economy'. Then when everything is at boiling temperature, Mendoza was left high and dry to fend for himself...he could have recieved a phone call from this personality informing him that they can't be with him in the bus to assist him because they were stuck in the traffic jam caused by the incident- wala man gud wangwang mao dugay sila kaabot sa Quirino grandstand might be one of the lie they told to Mendoza hehe...

That's when it dawn on Mendoza that he was just used all along, there was no turning back and plus he saw maybe on the tv those cops who betrayed him in his case or maybe one of them is at the group that arrested his brother. Intended exactly to provoke Mendoza into a no win situation that snap his mind into a rage...notice his brothers frantic cry about Mendoza going to die in the hands of the police while he was being drag- one of those cops could just insinuate to Mendoza's brother that Rolando is good as dead as he was hauled away.

Too much coffee lang guro ni ako da...hehe

Siguro may problema ang grupo nila sa bahin sa kita sa unit, lucrative baya ang ilang unit kay pirmi naas kalsada mao gi-laglag siya sa iyang kauban when there was a chance. Or pwedi nga honest to goodness cop guro ni si Mendoza mao gutom kaayo iya mga tao, naghulat lang makabwelta sa iyaha. It could be that Mendoza saw some of them in the vicinity or perhaps he saw some of them in the group that drag his brother to a police mobile ...mao ingon ato na lang iya kasuko suddenly when he saw them cops arresting his brother in the bus tv.

Mayor Lim's integrity is solid considering what he have done to NBI before. But perhaps he had failed in managing that situation in Quirino. The MPD chief must have let the Mayor, a former police and NBI director do some field judgement at that time...but then if that's the case we could hear some bagulbol from MPD chief Magtibay in the coming days for taking crap...then again, if I were Magtibay how could I howl a protest if I witness how the President was confident in Mayor Lim taking the shot in the drama?
The good thing is you have "some" ideas about what could be behind the hostage takers mind. He can't speak for himself now since he's already dead. The bad thing is you are not Mr. Mendoza. And the story is Mr. Mendoza was working for Mayor Lim before. When the viral email was spread by Christian Kalaw's dad to the La Sallites, it was Mayor Lim himself who initiated to have him removed from the service. After that, the Ombudsman stepped in. I cannot remember anymore which site was that due to the number of related stories that have cropped up after the tragic incident.

Intl group questions China's 'restricted reporting' of hostage crisis

....IFJ noted that China’s Central Propaganda Department instructed the media in China to report only the positive news, such as the evacuation of the victims or the story of the survivors of the incident.

"There should be no reporting or sensationalist comment which could disturb bellateral relationships with the Philippines, the order said. Instead, journalists are required to report directly from statements issued by China’s Foreign Ministry," the IFJ said.

The IFJ quoted a journalist from China as saying this was a strict rule.

“We are not surprised to receive this order although I think the handling of the crisis by the Philippines’ Government is terribly unacceptable," IFJ quoted the Chinese journalist as saying.
    ....

China will surely extract vengeance in the other way, pakaulawan ug maayo ang administration ni P-Noy...already some bitch slappin is going on:

Kadtong Philippine Delegates compose of Lacierda, Binay and Romulo who will make a formal apology and diplomatic damage control was rejected by the great Big Red Panda...
