@ Biik don't worry here in the US they honor customer's review if they have a site then u can say what held u back to do business from them. send them feedbacks if you think they have bad customer service.

Yup you're right rudjard, I talked to their manager man pud ato nga day but nah, I don't think it matters to them really. Sige lang mangita ko review websites for travel agencies ako sila tagaan review didto.
