LBJ would be a great complement to Kobe's game since Kobe is far superior offensively and LBJ would look to pass more than Kobe..but what I/we saw during the FIBA tournament, LBJ swishing those 3balls (which is a long 2pointer in NBA)..this would be 1 of the greatest 1-2 duo in the history of the game, this might surpass MJ-Pip duo..I dunno though if they would surpass the 2 3peats they achieved!

but maybe just a pipe dream to wish to see them play together in one NBA team at their primes

yep correct, diha nimo ma question ang leadership ni kobe.. kung skills ang istoryahan, no doubt equal sila.. why is jordan better than kobe? na polished ni MJ ang skills sa iya teamate.. remember and 1996-98 nga players sa bulls ang core members ra sa ila first championship kay si Pippen ra og Jordan..
For me, Jordan didn't polished his teamates skills...is the player himself polished his skills. Players on the Bulls were so dedicated on what they does. They practiced para mo maayo not because jordan said so....its the dedication and the willingness of the player himself to improve.

For the past 3 years...Kobe bonded his teamates...so he's trying to build the chemistry. The first half last season..his shot attempts lowered and his asst increased cos... he trusted his teamates..but as the season goess..his teamates started to show "inconsistency"...so as a "leader" what do you do?? badlungon...kobe did that to vujacic, smush etc..and still his teamates showed inconsistencies due to what?? Not pushing themselves above to their limit......

So i think what kobe lacks is polishing his "leadership".. He have it already..is just its not on the same level as MJ (THE GOD).

Rodman - the best rebounder ever.. but look naunsa siya pag human sa glory days sa bulss, a lot of teams despised this guy, rockstar kaayo batasan.. pero way lain na ka control niya except jordan.
Dili ba si Phil sad mao naka control ni Rodman?? How about Chuck Daly?? or Isiah??....Jordan nalang gyud tanan??

dont blame, the management, dont blame the insonsistency of his teamates.... naa na sa leader kung unsaon niya..
Of course you have to blame the management and blame the inconsistency sa players... if you've been following the laker news (like deeper news) for the past three years....then you'll know what management been doing for the past years....

No matter how good your are as a leader...if ang player banga unya walay plano mo improve...dili gyud na mo maayo.. diba? Just looked at Jordan on his Wizard years. He's was and still a good leader HANDS DOWN but was slow on the offensive end(still scored 40+ points though). No matter unsaon pag kasaba ni Jordan sa iyang wizard teamates (haywood, stackhouse....) if they don't have the willingness and iniative to do something to improve..nothing good will happen. Did the reach the playoffs??

kung banga ang kauban....isn't not the player's fault?? or since they didn't improve their skill..isn't that the coach fault as well since he didn't do anything to push his players to improve

as of now wa pa ko kita nga ni grow si kobe, this previous months, he keep on demanding..... mas but an pa man niya si Lebron.. you dont see lebron do those kind of things..
i say this again...if you've been following the laker news (like deeper news) for the past three years..you'll understand kobe's situation today.

and maybe tungod maikod sila nga dili sila moshape up with jordan around..ang respeto sa teammates kang Jordan is not shown in fear but in the willingness and dedication to work harder on their game. Mas gamay jud ang respeto nahatag sa kang Kobe compared to the respect MJ had from his teammates nga willing gane mosacrifice sa ilahang numbers..ang influence gud sa character dili man gud na tangible pero no matter what maklaro gihapon nimo unsa epekto ana

Jordan and Phil wants to win championships sooo ni practice ang teamates to join the bandwagaon.
Today, Kobe and Phil wants to win championships......Now Lamar and Kobe are in good relationship so as everybody for sure..they respect Kobe and Phil...they just lack the dedication and willingness to improve.

maybe kay dili ingun ana kataas ang gihatag nga respeto..ang respeto ni Jordan sa iya coach ni rub off sa iya teammates, ang respeto for MJ translates to allowing one's self to explore beyond the comfort zone..sa Lakers, acknowledged leader si Kobe tungod sa iyahang skills bt not necessarily iyahang character, kang MJ, both skills and character-driven ang respeto kay sa tinuod lang dili ra skills ang makapadaog sa usa ka team, character plays a large part..in the 90's dominant kaayo ang teams sa East, you talk about the Celtics, Knicks and the Pistons who were no pushovers but Chicago's character was the one good factor that carried them to success

So if they don't respect Kobe...at least mo respect sila ni Phil na ganahan mo daug. wala nalang gyuy value and coach?? mas importante man unta.

MJ listened to his coach with great respect mao iya teammates makakita ug superstar maminaw sa coach would do the same(check out the Spurs and Duncan sad)..si Kobe once naa squabble with Phil, pero maayo na lang gani maminaw na ron..the way a player treats a coach says a lot about character

okay...since kobe has been listening to Phil for 2 years now..he's been "respecting" phil's decision since day one he came back...and phil has been praising and respecting kobe since he came back..he saw the maturity in kobe.... in fact Phil is on kobe's side about the sloppy LA management right now...and how come his teammates is not following him?? isn't kobe doing a good example?? listening/respecting the coach for the past 2 years?? how come his teamates is not been doing what they're supposed to do?? or they did follow but they're just too inconsistent or too lazy to improve.

after a heart breaking defeat from the suns 2 years ago. Phil gave Kwame a paper "15 points / 10 rebs". Told him to improve for upcoming season...phil wants him to produce those numbers....then what was kwame's stat last season?? 8ppg /6reb

what i'm trying to say here is that players need the willingness / desire / devotion / dedication..etc. to improve..they don't need a leader to that. leaders leads them the door and players will do the rest once they're inside... Kinghanlan pa gyud i.remind to improve or an inspirational story?? Iniatitive nana para sa player..professional naman kaha diba??
