Who would believe this?
He already knew that he's been subject for scrutiny, he could have carefully drafted his final speech after all the controversies yet remain arrogant and still lying to the public.Sotto said he wasn't aware the passage came from Kennedy. He said a friend texted him the passage, and finding it beautiful, he had it translated and included it in his speech.
