    The best way to edit the eyebags is to thin it down and not necessarily to eliminate it. This work with wrinkles and stuff.

    The process i use with CS2 or CS3 is such...

    1) Select the are you want to thin out (e.g. eye bags) using the patch tool
    2) Move the selected area to a part of her face with similar skintones or texture
    3) At this point, it is important that you DO NOT DO ANYTHING...NOT EVEN DISSELECT (Ctrl-D PC, Command-D MAC). Just go ahead and press Shift-Ctrl-F for PC or Shift-Command-F for mac. This opens the "Fade Patch Selection" window.
    4) Adjust slider to taste. Try 50% first.

    You definitely need the new version. Especially CS3. Very powerful stuff...

    Guys, this glow thing is pretty simple. Duplicate the layer. Darken it by adjusting the brightness. Then erase the outline of your subject and the subject itself.

    Ehehe! Okaaay. I'm pretty lame at giving instructions.
