depends what bias is meant for you. of course, everybody is bias towards their own motives. as President your motives must be for the welfare of the people. So you must be bias towards it.

if you are Cheif Justice, your bias must be for Justice for the people and not bias only to the selected few and opt to twist and interpret the law in such a manner that does not favor for the good and welfare of the people.

if you are the President, what will you do? Days are numbered and all your efforts is going in vain (anticipating). I can't really blame the President on this. If he (CJ Corona) only inhibits, I think there's no need for impeachment. Inhibit to show or give way for a more fair decision.

abnoy is trying to destroy the supreme court kay hadlang man sah iyang gusto. he already had the senate and congress... supreme court is the only one standing in his way.
