    balik na jud sa dalan..

    jog/run...

    sa mga runners dri, try running uphills para motaas inyong endurance and
    mas dako ang ma burn nga fats...

    nindot sad ang bukid daganan tungod sa fresh air and scenic views..

    naka jog jud tawn ko sa abellana twice this week and medyo crowded pag 26 nabadlong jud tawn ko ni manoy kay sa second lane nagjog sorry manoy kay noobs pa ko diha hehehe.

    gradual lang pagpasaka sa mileage or straight run ba ron. ayaw biglaa
