Personally I'm glad that was the last one. Ang story man jud to ni Bruce Wayne ug Batman ang focus ni Nolan.

Let's be considerate to people that still haven't watched the movie. Put a spoiler tag.
This guy, who made big claims that Amazing Spider-Man revolutionized the superhero movie genre the same way Final Fantasy XIII (his all-time favorite game) revolutionized RPGs, said The Dark Knight Rises is a big disappointment and is inferior to ASM.
Those of you who saw BOTH Amazing Spider-Man and The Dark Knight Rises, which of the two did you enjoy more?
Awesome movie... not because its a Batman movie but because it's Chris Nolan's Batman... Aweeeeeeesomeeee!!!!
Please. The only Spidey flick that was memorable to me was the second one. Doc Ock was the only bad-ass villain of all the four, the rest, well, they're a bit on the soft core side (more so with the Joel Schu Batty films, they were awful even babies would agree. hahah!) A superhero movie for me is only as good as the baddie in it. Maybe the second of the SM reboot will offer us a bit more.
Spoiler!
And yeah, the IMAX scenes only accommodated and grew approximately 10 to 12 feet total from top to bottom for ours here, but heck you wouldn't notice it if you sat in the wrong seat row. My eyes had a hard time and my seat selection was better the last time around.

I agree with weezur on his comments about spiderman. Spiderman 2 was also the most memorable for me. The Amazing Spiderman was a good movie but it wasn't great. And it also is nowhere near TDKR.
Also, I really need subtitles for Bane's conversations.
awesome movie. i am now big nolan fan.
ang masaway lang nako i dunno if twas just me, there are times la ko kagets sa dialogue ni bane. incomprehensible iyang linya usahay tungod sa mask. and he sounds like darth vader.![]()
watched it yesterday.. nice movie![]()
I'll be happy to see the last of Batman. Chris Nolan has far more interesting projects to complete, for me Batman was an unwelcome distraction after great films such as Memento, Insomnia and The Prestige.
