If you want to see the best justice system in Asia and how it's constituted read here, and cry at how bad our justice system is compared to this awesome justice system:

Court of Final Appeal (Hong Kong) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

They even allow foreign judges (some of the retired Supreme Court justices from other countries) to sit in as judges in a final appeals case. That's what I call transparency. Our idiot judges would never allow this, because they would be embarrassed by the intelligence of the foreign judges who are no doubt 100 IQ points higher than they are.

some people definitely knew this was going to happen anyway.. 2 months ago, daghan na interview from both sides ni gawas.. then the cop was released.. for 15 yrs. they put their chess pieces to place.. slowly but surely, anyway what physical evidence is there to examine after 15 yrs. , kalit man 2 nag ka wagtang..

i dont think any president would ever want to have a hand at this case..

I say invention because no other court in the world accepts non-finality of High Court decisions. Apparently, our Supreme Court Justices are careless *****s who need a second or even third motion for reconsideration before making the correct decision. You people really shouldn't be defending our justice system. I can understand some of you want to be nationalistic and love your country, but our justice system does not deserve either our love nor respect because it is garbage and is laughed at by other countries.
Bro, I think you're already being unfair here. i think just because the court is not feeling what you're feeling, then you try to bash them. I know you've read the En Banc, but I don't think you understood it pretty well. You are already paranoid of the justice system, you are keeping your mind closed that the courts can also make right decisions. This case is all about who can show a strong evidence in the courts, in the En Banc you can clearly see who has the strongest evidence. This is not about your "feeling" of the case, or a trial of publicity, just because an "eye-witness" came and said it was Hubert, then everyone will ride her caravan. Do they even have an idea about her? They will if they read the En Banc. The evidence the prosecution can only show is Alfaro, the Webb's have all concrete evidences and documents. If the Webb's did fabricate those evidences, then how much more Alfaro's story.

Again bro, this is already out of hand. We're talking about the case of the Vizconde's and it's evidences. You are planting ideas of hate for the justice system already, you are already calling them idiot, for what? Acquitting Webb? You're being childish and now comparing ours with other countries. Let's be civil here and discuss this the proper way, let's not show hate.

How ironic. If some thing good happens in the country, people applaud the present administration otherwise they blame it to the previous one.

And now you're saying that just because we affirm the court's decision we can already be swindled? Cmon, are you looking down on us? Your hate is putting you out of place, to the point that you are already paranoid.

i pray for nothing more than genuine peace of mind for Lauro Vizconde. he isn't just an old man fighting for justice, he's a man suffering through the loss of his whole life: his family. and for Webb et. al., i would like to believe you are all innocent and therefore deserve to be free.
