ako ra ika sulti kay ang biga-on, bisan asa pa nimo ibutang, biga-on jud! They can either work in a call center or not. Maybe they are singling BPO because it just so happens that BPOs are employing more young adults than other industries.

But bottom line, if this is the lifestyle of the person, bisan asa pa cya work, that his/her lifestyle jud. Workplace has got nothing to do with it. You can be a teacher, military officer, nurse, doctor, engineer, architect...if pataka lang og enter, HIV/AIDS jud ang padulngan.

From an agent, to a supervisor, now to a manager..I have continued to profit from this industry, sent my brother to a Prestigious Ateneo School, together with my nephew to another reputable IT school..send money to my mother every 15th and 30th..helped a lot of my relatives..ready to help any of my siblings who need it and other amazing fulfillment that I wouldnt have experienced if I did not take chances in joining this industry.

I have managed hundreds of people, I deal with them daily, I mingle, get to know, immerse my self to their work all the time..I also try to get to know as many of them and see their reasons why they work hard even on shifting schedules, in most cases, they are supporting their families.

For them to be accused of something like this is very unfair. For you guys to have judged us just like that is a testimony of how Filipinos are. Instead of taking pride of a fact that Most Global Companies prefer to outsource in the Phillippines because they have so much belief in our talents and that we have proven ourselves to be highly productive and effective, we are bringing our own kind down.

Instead of looking at the more positive effect of things, we look at what feeds our dirty Filipino minds.

I dont know how these reports came about, and surely, I dont know what these aim for..if its to bring us down, then bring it on..

I see people feeding families..reaching their aspirations and try to make better lives..if people think they can shake us by unsolicited judgement and prejudice, then BRING IT ON!

These do not affect our compensation so what does it matter?

The problem with some people..theyre too immature to bestow judgement... they talk about libido, sexual urge, partying, drinking, smoking, spending, etc..as if those are alien activities. Im not sure if those commented on those are visitors from Jupiter, or maybe not our kind..cz if theyre also human..then theyre criticizing themselves..
