If I were you, dapat gyud ni nimo ipa service and cleaned inside. Since nabasa man na and ni power off, there is a tendency nga nakasulod ang tubig inside and caused shorting of electronic components niya. And during the 3days nga gibutang na sa drybox, ni evaporate tu ang tubig and makes it turn on again. BUT there is always molds and forms of corrosion na mahibilin gyud which may cause more damage later, labi sige nimo gamit kay ang current from battery makes the corrosion faster.
Sa ako lang na nga experience hap!
Basta mabasa, abli gyud, dayon limpyo... kay ang mga main parts ana sa sulod, dili glue sealed, kitkiton dayon sa taya basta mabasa.
Mahal man gud, panigurado lang.

I don't know if this has been posted here before, but if you want to know the shutter count in your Canon DSLR, you can use this:
astrojargon - EOSInfo
I've tried it on my 50D and it works fine, but as mentioned, it won't work on my 20D.
But note the author's Caveat/Disclaimer - a.k.a., use at your own risk.
