i had the same experience w/my father. pero naa nko ball pythons hidden under my bed for 2 months before he knew it. ako ra cya gpkita hinay2 mga pics of bp's and corns sa net. i even had it as wallpaper on my laptop. pabikil style ba. heheh. then he said the magic phrase, "nindot lagi color. d na mamaak?", and that was it. i explained to him and showed the snake finally and handed it to him. he was shocked there were 2 snakes under my bed all along. slight transparency rman gud to bins ako gbtngan mao d nya mklaro. krn free na kau ko mgbuhi ug snakes. ako man gni iphandle ushay sko nephew ug niece.

mao jud, its just that people are afraid of what they don't understand....pero kun makahibaw na lang sila sa right info, plus actually seeing and handling it...then maybe ma.convince sad sila na these snakes are good pets & possibly ma.convert sad sila into the snake hobby.
