    yes this is also my problem, we most of the time eat canned goods esp. the kids
    di ba may side effects mana cge og eat canned goods frequently we eat corned beef, sausages, hotdogs, egg unsay lain na breakfast food menu na dili processed food

    rolled oats boiled in magnolia fresh milk with a 2 heaped tbs of coconut organic sweetener.. paired with scrabled egg mixed with oregano and peppermill spice, 2 slices of hash brown and maple bacon..

    1 sayote, cubed
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. ginger, minced
    1 pc onion, chopped
    1 pc red bell pepper, chopped
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tbsp. fine salt
    3 pcs whole eggs, beaten

    all in saucepan except for egg.
    cover the pan simmer for 1 to 2 minutes then add egg.

    serve for 4 with pancake.
