Anime is short for animation. In English its just a cartoon or japanese animation.
Have you ever seen an animated of "The Noah's Ark" or any other bible cartoons?
My point is not every animation is bad it just depends on the script like a movie.
Theres a good and bad movie right? but we never ban all the movies.

another one of those lame and useless posts, nothing to see here folks! no one can ban anime. Anime has been in the Philippines for too long. heck my parents still remembers Flying House, Voltes 5, Macross, Little Lord Fauntleroy ( Little Prince Cedie) and various others.
