mao ba... yup mas mahal gamay sa JAC pero at least guaranteed man kaha mu abot. nabayaran nako sa USPS $32 da nana tax. pero karon sure na gyud ko nga risky kaayo sa USPS. d nako mu usab. mahay lagi mi nganong wala namo paliti insurance kuwang man sad gud amo kwarta gida ato nga time lols. d man sad gud mi mag sigeg pada sa Cebu. in fact karon ra gyud mi nakapada nawa pa gyud. mahala raba sa vonage oi $50 gud to.

I am really having problems dealing with Filipino travel agencies, not an inch of customer service, napa'y tuno mao pay masuko, kita'y mopalit mao pay dali masuko. Do you feel that way too? I do all the time, I needed to buy a ticket and real soon coz I have to give our VP an update nananghid naku daan sa kong vacation but just didn't have the dates. I was completely turned off by their poor customer service. At the end of the day, how a customer feels while interacting with you is so much more important than the price of the product. You want to win loyalty too. Very bad for them. Dili siguro na sila commission based kay mura baliwala raman nila, dili lang gyud siguro sila focused on customer-service.
