BRT will also require new roads kay di man kalihok ang bus sa roads nato karon. unya ang mga naay sakyanan mas ganahan man sila ug dagko (e.g. ford expedition). mas daghan pa tingali naay dako nga sakyanan compared sa mga ginagmay. cool unta kung daghan mini cooper diri sa cebu

nikalit lang ug daghan ang condos and hotels sa cebu. not sure if this is really a boom or just a bubble. based on what i've heard, several established hotels or those that have been here for more than 5 years already are already having difficulties due to lower number of clients staying in their hotels. maybe its just too many new hotels too fast compared with the tourists and business people staying at the hotels. i also know many people investing in condos that they intend to rent out when the condos start operation, but not sure if this is really a good investment because they need to rent it out for around P10k for a small studio unit to get their ROI. well, let's see what happens. hopefully there will be more and more investors to keep the business booming.

Tana lang ko kung tinuod naa daw WATERPARK gaconstruction sa Toledo... 6 daw ka pool... naa wavepool ug lazy river... naa pa daw horseback riding ug aviary... ako amigo gikan Toledo nakadungog... kung tinuod ni... KANINDOT.....

taga-Toledo ko, pero wala man koy nadunggan nga naay i-contruct...besides that, walay igong water source ang Toledo to support that kind of waterpark....pero ako daw ni-icheck...hmmm...na curious ko ani...

Hopefully after construct sa road sa capitol ma lessen ang traffic sa m.velez ug sa escario nga road. Kanang sa IT park murag lisud jud na sulbaron diha kai wen you go left from IT park, intersection dayon ang naa sa unahan, which means if stop sign gani ang intersection sa tesda padung sm. Ma ungot jud ka daun before paka makatabok sa intersection sa entrance sa it park. Kung mo right turn sad ka, traffic japon kai magtipon man ang mga jeepneys sa lahug and apas sa intersection sa JY. ang sulbad rajud siguro ani kai magbuhat new roads.

the city is growing but the roads are slow to adjust. i just wonder how other major cities were able to expand their roads...
