    As i've mentioned countless times in this thread.. Calorie deficit = lose weight. Maskin kapila paka mag sit ups ngara. If masdaghan pakag g kaon sa kinahanglan sa imo lawas. D jud ka mo gamay.

    Green tea or any type of slimming tea does not make you lose or burn fat. The reason why you lose weight after taking these tea's is because of its diuretic and detoxification effects

    +1 to Xenoxorph. There are no shortcuts. I just talked to a 'bulked up' bodybuilder in the gym and asked him whether he used to be 'fat' or 'thin'. He said he was thin and has been working out for 4 years already.

    My wife used to 'diet' by not eating and while she did get thin, she also got very weak and almost died because of Xenical and food deprivation. If we waited one more day before going to the hospital, biyudo na ko run.

    Kani muscle gaining or fat losing, murag ra ni financial investment. There is no such thing as 'get rich fast'. Maghulat pa ka pila ka tuig before nimo ma gain benefits. Ang importante is dili ka withdraw, deposit, withdraw. Murag ra na +1, -1, +1, -1. Atras, abante. Ok ra unta kung usa ka atras, napulo ka abante.

    I see so many of my gym mates na "now you see them, now you don't." Feeling nako kahibalo nako kinsa mga nagdugay, ang kinsa nag sulay sulay lang. Usually daghan excuses ang latter kay na-busy this, na busy that. One hour at most ra man kahinanglan exercise and 3x a week. Sa 168 hours sa usa ka week, wala sila 3 hours to spend on their health?

    @Xenoxorph to pay for the membership fee via credit card ra jud? since i have no paypal. . . kuyawan lang ko maybe there might be extra charges giving out that kind of info online

    Hunger is usually psycho logic and not physiologic. Can give me an example of a meal you're eating?

    Nothing unusual with what I eat. Normal meals ra gihapon sir, 3-4 cups of rice ug sud-an. Bisag tan-aw nako nga daghan na akong na kaon, gutmon gihapon ko. Karon pa ko ka suway ani.
