Mayor Lim orders the arrest of the brother of Former Capt. Mendoza
nakatanaw ko ganina some part of hearing sa senate abwt sa hostage dn i found out that it was Mayor Lim who ordered General Magtibay to arrest the brother of Former Capt. Mendoza that triggers the mind of Former Capt. Mendoza to become mad, angry, etc... and close the negotiation.....
Kung wla pa unta to dakpa ang igsuon ni Former Capt. Mendoza, mada pa unta to dli unta to maingato siya kawild hahayzzzzzzzzz.........

from my observation its not the equipment or the training but the one in command.
citing similar incidents than happen under the previous administration but was handled way much better.

these magdalo soldiers were armed to the teeth but during that time no severe casualties occurred
