Guyz, gae me tips unsaon pagpasar please?? Ganahan jud ko magwork sa QBE. Unsay hiring process nila? What's the do and don'ts during interview? unsay pointers sa exam? apply naku ugma!

@Chorizo87, for the interviews, just be confident! Everything will just be a walk in the park for you sell yourself, share the crucial part of your current/previous job, and ofcourse research about QBE and the business. (For the latter, I did this 15mins before my interview hahaha better late than sorry, ryt?)

My two cents for the assessment exam is that ma pressured jud ka!! Hahaha basic algebra and comprehension test raman but the catch is that you really have to mind your time. Keri ra kaau na nimo boss!!!

Initially, I received the same heartbreaking text that I was on their active file. With that, na maoy jud ko og heavy kay I've been eyeing this company for a year now eversince I was with my prev. employer.. It's either QBE or nothing. When I got that, maoy jud. A day after, in the middle of my "halfhearted" interview with Xlibris, i got a call from QBE that there was still an open slot for the post I applied and i've been considered. The next day, I got a JO.

Walk-in namo dont expect too much unless solid njud kaau mog experience.. Learned this when I tried to negotiate about their offer. It wasnt too much, it was just right. At the end of the day, it's all about the benefits. And that.. You have to find out for yourself

Naa'y Open House for Recruitment tomorrow, Saturday, 4/25/15. Naay back office support for Australian Operations (Day shift) and naa pud call center for North American Ops (graveyard). Gamay ra (I must say) ang gi offer sa akoa for a back office post. pero the reason I signed is the "BENEFITS" after ma regularized ka. and at the moment, im enjoying the ride. Chill ra, gamay pag taw, not crowded. Not to mention the fixed Day Off (Sat and Sun)

the assessments are quite tricky and more on arithmetic and logic (coz its an insurance company), but just keep your cool and focus on the assessment itself. Kung mo apply mo, pm nako ako EX ID No para share ta's referral. hehehe.

    LYNC DIHA B!!!
