    diha nlng sa imong current company oi gamay ra mn labaw pd...for sure if sa debit card fraud ka, queuing jd na kaayo ... chase mn pd ko before arang kadaghan calls

    As far as I know, quality ra, schedule adherence, and AHT ra inyo scorecard. Naay BLS pero under sa department na ninyo na scorecard. Ingon sila if morning shift ka kay avail2 ra daw. If para nimo not worth it kay ayaw lang balhin. Ako ma ingon ra dako ang yearly appraisal sa Chase.

    Yup, grabe na sila ka queuing didto. Wala na may incentives ron, g.remove na. Ang ka nindot sa DCFP kay gamay ra ang scope niya naa jud avail.

    Yes FSD which is fraud debit card , claims debit card , claims credit card.

    When it comes to the call volume queuing jd ang bank accounts. Dili ka kita og bank account na dili queuing. But easy ra jd ang calls and if you are being paid the rate that JP Morgan offers you its worth it compared to others BPO's
