Kung naa kaý OEC, registered OFW jud ka.
And for that, you only need that OEC (+ E/S-Pass Card) when you leave the Philippines.

So... one-way ticket to SG from atoa ra Boss.

Most call centers diri Boss are dominated by locals... kay need man maka-communical in their own dialects (chinese, singlish). But we cannot discount the fact nga naa pod mga pinoy sa call centers diri oi.

Be prepared lang jud... i mean emotionally and mentally.
Kay ilang balita diri is medyo ni-hinay baya economy.
Pero naa man gihapon nanga-hired and nanga-approved.

Best i could suggest is that... magsugod ka'g apply online via daghang online.job.websites Boss.
In this way you can test the waters and tweak your applications a bit.
Do not apply for one type of position lang. Appy'yi tanang pwede.
If call center ka gikan, you can also apply for admin jobs, retails assistants, f&b ... plus ang as imo pang gi-graduate'tan.
Nya apply lang jud maayo. Beat the odds in numbers.

    Goodluck.
