problem with mavs, they dont have guys who can drive to the basket consistently.
unlike spurs they have manu, who will drive it to the basket, either get a foul or make the basket.

That third quarter might've been the craziest thing I've ever seen. It's amazing how quickly the game changed.. the team just imploded.
We have another shot, but at this point I think it's fair to say the Spurs are just a better team. Hopefully the boys put on a good show for the home crowd, and maybe eek out one more win before the season closes. There's no way we win 3 straight, the Spurs are too good for that.

This team just only knows how to lose, we should have atleast 2 championships right now but we have 0. 0 in our entire history, we're up there with the Spurs, Celtics, Lakers, and Bulls in most categories except for CHAMPIONSHIPS! We should be one of the great franchises in basketball but instead we're a joke. 67 wins, all those consecutive 50+ win seasons, HOF MVP player, HOF all time great PG, no rings.

the mavs other guys really depends on how dirk performs on the court. if dirk is shooting well then his teammates shoots well too but if the other way around, they are not gonna be that good.
it really comes down on how each team adjust to a certain scenario and give credit to pop, he is really good in what he do. rick has to learn that the spurs are not the 7 seeded team right now. the way the play, i think their #2 or even #1...
