No offense to James Yap, Kerby Raymundo, Marc Pingris, coach Ryan Gregorio and to the whole Purefoods camp. Si Kim Chiu ang gadala ug swerte nila.

Rookie guard Ryan Reyes finally had his best performance so far in the PBA as he finished with 14 points and 5 rebounds in 12 minutes of action as the Sta. Lucia Realtors defeated Air21 Express, 115-80. Reyes' presence was really felt on the floor and was a key factor in the Realtors' strong start. Sta. Lucia's stars were hardly a factor statistically. Dennis Espino finished with only 8 points while Kelly Williams had 5. Norman Gonzales led Sta. Lucia with 17 points while Joseph Yeo added 16, then Reyes and Paolo Mendoza with 14, Marlou Aquino with 13.
**Sta. Lucia's 35 point win over Air21 is the second largest winning margin they ever had since joining the league in 1993. Their biggest winning margin dates back on January 2007 after beating Coca-Cola, 122-75.
**Marlou Aquino hit his 7th career triple in game. Aquino hit a three with 2:13 left in the game to give Sta. Lucia a 110-70 lead. Aquino's last three prior to his 7th was during the 2001 Governor's Cup, the time Sta. Lucia won it's only championship so far.
I'm quite surprised Air21 was limited to only 80 points and were totally outplayed on the run considering the fact that Sta. Lucia only managed to hit 39/86 FGs (45%).
Willie Miller wins Player of the Week award for October 29 to November 4. Miller led the Alaska Aces to two "ugly" wins (according to Alaska coach Tim Cone) in the week. Miller racked up 24.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 2.5 assists for the week, giving Alaska a 2-0 record, winning over Ginebra and Welcoat.
btaw galibog ko knsay centro aning alaska ron....si hugnatan, bono or si thoss....kay si quinahan slide to number 4 position man....Originally Posted by thadzonline
Thoss always plays the center position. Quinahan and Bono also plays center as well as the 4 position. It depends on the game rotation of Cone. Hugnatan plays the 3 or 4 spot, just like Ferriols. So Alaska has a big(and chubby )starting front court. Add Cabatu, Laure and Juinio to the mix making it more balanced.Originally Posted by clarkhkent
