empleyado nga perspective. It's a matter kung unsay goal sa management sa objective ani ilang initiative (i.e. pa tagalowgown) provided wala cla nag do ug criminal acts .....
Base sa initiative, you can start to ask these questions? Ang management ganahan ba;
1) mo taas ilang sales?
2) mo down ilang sales?
3) downsize ila company? (manaktak empleyado k wala k abot sa sales quota)
4) mo promote sa employees sa pag do extra effort despite the challenge of the initiative?
5) and so on.....
what m tryin to say is...naa jud ni (good, bad, dirty, selfish) reasons behind...
isip empleyado you have to think unsay next move nmo base sa new initiatives g set sa company.

Pra nko dako ning sayup... Let me explain ug why for me saup ni it may look complicated pero pls stay with me...
as a customer nahan ko nga mo palit sa product or mo palit from a specific nga store......if pra nko taas iyang value like the formula below;
my value as a customer = (product quality +
quality of sales & service) / (price +
cost "hassle factor" of doing business)
notice the bold part, so pra nko dako kaau na cya nga factor as a customer... dli lng ko mo go into details k basin sa kalaum malomos ko
pero i hope mka gets mo sa akong points nga if mag tinagalowg pra nko mo ubos ang quality of sales & service k naa bya ta sa cebu ug ngano mag tinagalowg man?....Nya hasol kaau mo palit k mag lisod kog istorya ug tagalowg...
