    -He served in military with honors. With him The Philippines have the chance to re-acquire Sabah as Philippine teritory, it was a secret military mission, But Ninoy Aquino reveal the secret mission to the press.
    Well educated people were not surprised why Ninoy did reveal the secret mission, since Hes father The original Benigno Aquino was A TRAITOR also and supports the Japanese government.

    Unsaon man pag move on sa Pilipinas if dli mo ka get over sa past? People still use Manila-s people power as reason, government corruption as an excuse. Why so much hate?

    People are still dwelling with this issues for decade now, people are still proud of People power for decade now,
    Pinoys are still proud of us being no.2 in Asia BEFORE, for decade now.
    People still live in 1980s for decade now,
    guess most of us never moved on.
    As predicted, Only when people who lived in 1980s-90s all died, then it is the time when the Philippines will reform and succeed.

    History fact;

    Japanese did something wrong against millions of Filipinos, Chinese, Koreans, and any race second only to Germans (with the holocaust) during WW2, and yet look at where Germany and Japan is now?
    But how bout S.Korea?
    damaged with war and the division of thier land and still facing the truth of another war,
    yet they are successfull? hmm..

    its not the government, its the people!
    Yes you are right cebugdev ,,,,and to think that ,,,, Philippines is a Christian Country, who are we to condemn him even till death and after? For me,,,just to be fair w/ all concerned, its better to change the name nalang, instead of Libingan nga mga Bayani better Libingan ng mga VIPP. Libingan ng mga Very Important People of the Philippines. Smile,,,and peace w/ you All!!!!

    my point exactly... in order for us to move on.... lets forget marcos... and lets not give attention to his corpses, for that doesn't even change anything if his buried here or not..

    Im NOT saying na we should forget our past, but lets not make the past the foundation of our decision on todays problem, let the leasons from the past be lessons not foundations of our decisions..

    are we a christian country? did the bible tell us and continually teach us to forgive or maybe we read it wrong?
    or maybe God wants us to plant hate to somebody for eternity?

    DO we allow ourselves to be continually divided even in issues that was resolved a couple of decades ago?
    Is hate the foudnation of this country?

    hmm.. i smell bunch of hypocrites in here..

    and for some reason dri sa istorya.net;
    most of us commenting on this thread are on thier 20s and early 30s,
    What the heck!!? why is our generation even care about this issue?
    let bygones be bygones and we should move on! most of us did not even have the slightest experienced on what happen during those days..

    @ cebugdev: I agree with you bai..we should all move on coz there is no reason to bring up the past. If that can solve our present & future problem then lets condemn marcos..but the truth is, NO it will not & never will solve our problems. Personally i don't care if adto nila ilobong, dugay na syang patay..But Going back to the topic, they should rename that place. Marcos is not a hero so he should not be permitted to be buried on a "GENUINE" LIBINGAN NG MGA BAYANI..so does REYES. he wasn't a hero so why was he permitted? LIsod jud ni bai..double standard labas ani. Both of them committed a crime (angkonon man nila or di, common logic will tell you they did: salary is X lifestyle is Y...).
    But i disagree about being christians & we should forgive him on his past exploits. personally, yes we should act & follow what our bible taught us, but they committed a Crime. it is not a sin when we talk about Govt & LAW. Crime should not be tolerated. ang lisod lagi & i say this again we have an existing DOUBLE standard sa ato gov't..kung kinsa ang doul swerte. maoy nakapait..hehe
