planning to get the Note, pero Im still gathering more info pa... between my current S2 and the Note.. same 8MP cam silang duha...

just would like to ask to those who have the Note and the S2... camera wise.. asa may mas klaro or nindot nga cam? S2? or the Note? I know they all have 8Mp cam but I'm sure sa to those who have the two.. naa jud differencya ang duha sa? bsag 8Mp silang duha....

both same ra djud all noisy indoors, very good in bright lit. thou one caution lang the problem w/ HD amoleds or is it the gpu is color banding.esp kon darker ang movie klaro kaayo!

the screen is sometimes deceiving. when u take a pic and preview it from the phone, quality is good. you will know the real score once you'll view it on bigger LCD/LED computer screen.

Got a new OTA update. DXLA1. Haven't noticed any significant improvement though.

i can feel the sensitivity of screen now after updating it.

Naa man sa android market. Naa pud free games daghan sa samsung app store.

lage naka check ko. pero nahan lage ko mu try anang Grand Theft Auto III, Backstab, Modern Combat . kana games kasagaran sa Gameloft. labi na HD. kay nindot kaayo e duwa sa ato device. Still finding some underground communities hosting these games for free hehe

i can feel the sensitivity of screen now after updating it.

Likewise the lockscreen doesn't lag after unlocking the phone. And the keyboard has already numbers on top. So far mao pa na ako na bantayan na changes.. sa DXLA1

unsa inyo gamit nga task manager? daghan kaayong hidden apps nagrun sa akong note. im 98% this is the reason nganong dali ra kaayo malowbat.

Its called black clipping, a sudden color drop to black instead of a smooth transition. This not only happens to movies but everywhere including images,games and the UI.

It is caused by an incorrect gamma profile loaded up on the Galaxy Note and Galaxy Nexus and so far Samsung didnt comment about this issue considering a lot of people already have the Galaxy Nexus.

On some screens this clipping appears differently, this is a huge deal breaker for me gyud as I watch a lot of movies on my phone.

Use the stock player with brightness set to 0
Watch in a completely dark room to avoid reflections
Set the screen mode to 'standard' ( settings > display > screen mode )

Those apps will auto rerun anyway once closed, dli kaayo advisable mang task manager ka to auto kill apps as it would drain a lot of battery.

Removing unwanted stock applications is the better solution, root your phone and download titanium backup.

how bout on the s2 sir? does the black clipping as intense and worst as the Note ba sad?

in s2 as i compare it side by side w/ the note because their apps,data and my 1080p movies are clone, I havnt notice it so far maybe because the screen is 800x480 and not 720p.
