Sure ka ? kahibalo ka unsay tinuod nahitabo jud and what the guest said about or against the owner ? Naa pa gyud sila sa PRIVATE PROPERTY sa owner ?

Thats why , it started a question because the way I see it , SAYOP man jud ang OWNER by using his gun to intimidate people but do you really think ana ka buang ang owner if walay gi buhat pod ang guest ?

The moment you say its the WORST is , only if you have been to a lot of BEACH RESORTS in the world . mao na ang right reasoning if we label something pero on what comparison ? Like sa 3 or 5 lang ka resorts na atoang an adtuan ? I dont know the owner , could care less about the place .

Anyways , like I said we really dont know what happened . I smell something fishy lang na tungod sa REKLAMO lang , mao to ang reason sa owner mo kuha ug armas . I firmly believed naa pa jud laing reason . I could have done the same thing , ilabi na ug kamo naa sa akoang property but dili tungod ato na reason lang . Mao na ang basis nako .

I think worst na sya based sa mga resorts nga naadtoan ni TS... not necessarily TANAN resorts in the world... mura ra gud na ug mokaon ka ug jolibee, not necessarily tanan branches sa jollibee imohang nakan-an, bisan 3 or 5 lang ka branch, maka ana man ka nga mas nindot diri nga branch kay maayo moabi-abi ang ilahang mga crew, or worst ni nga branch sa jollibee kay way limpyo ang ilahang CR.... di ba?

Gamay ra'g case ang tag iya kay iya mang gpabuto ang pusil, public disturbance ra, but if wa nya pabutha, then gi ti-on, attempted murder unta to. Pero file lang ghapon ug case kay bawal man iyang gbuhat.

It is illegal to discharge a firearm in public, you can only perform these acts if you are defending your life or your property and you can only do these if it is part of your official duties.

Ang pwede mo file ug case is grave threats, alarm and scandal, discharge of firearm and attempted homicide (if lang, pro wala naman dha ang contra so wala na ni sya labot).
