The laws on libel and defamation were made a long time ago and i doubt if you can find a law which states that items posted in a forum thread can be considered as a publication. I think for now, this is still a gray area. Fact is, there are other elements to be determined before a derogatory statement can be considered a libel. One is publication or circulation.

hehehe... dili man jud ko sweto sa pamalaod bahin ani. but yep i may agree that indeed it's a gray area. Will i have just aired out my concern. I just hope it will not end up that way.
