One thing's for sure... definitely NOT Mulder and Scully. Seriously, not them.Who exactly is to say what source is credible or not? none. nada... except one's Faith.

Since everyone is claiming that his religion is the real one, for me, it is only the GUIDE for everyone's Salvation.
One may be free to change religion but Truth is unchanging.
but what is the truth ? where can one find it ? and who decides if it is THE truth or what leads to the truth ?
ask these questions , try not to answer it yourself , but look for the answer with logic , reason . it will be a rough ride , but if you really seek , you will be surprised by the answers you'll find .
that's the thing, who is to say what is credible , what is right , even if we say "i have my faith in this ..." " i belive this is the truth ..." , see , it's still US who decides what to believe , but somehow the more you grow in yourÂ* faith , theÂ*more you willÂ* Â*seekÂ* to know if what you believe IS the truth , and you will eventually seek for those who speaks the truth.Who exactly is to say what source is credible or not? none. nada... except one's Faith.
basic biblical knowledge tells us that Jesus has given his apostles authorityÂ* when he left but the apostles are dead and where does that leave us ? now you are given the choice to seek but the truth has been handed down for sure ...
religion... hmmmmm... the foundation of religion is bloodbath. hehehehehe... pretty ironic for a religion that is preaching about the infinite mercy of the saviour.
imbento ra nang religion sa mga tao oi!
u can be a believer of christ and not go to church u know...
keep the sabbath day holy but that doesn't mean u go to church during the sabbath day ryt?
i used to be an agnostic.
now i believe in an omni potent being but i wont take the teachings of the church seriously. it's a bunch of bull.
mao ra na.
hehehehehe...
Â* from ur statement, you are still clearly an agnostic though u claim to be " used to be agnostic"
but that's ok , its good to hear from the likes of you too ...Â*

"Church" was something Christ has always identified himself with... It is something to fellowship in because the church is the body of believers, no longer strangers or aliens but one in God's household. 1
It is NOT an instrument of salvation but a foundation of upholding the principles of the Christian religion....... and it's always been a must to take what one has learned OUTSIDE the church. Because the church of the living God is the pillar and foundation of Truth. 2 And truth is found in the Word of God. 3
There are other fraternal rituals/sacraments such as Baptism, it doesn't make one a member of God's family because only faith in Christ can do that. 4 But it is a visible manifestation of death to sin, faith in Christ and it SHOWS one is a member of God's household.. and the Lord's Supper, which is a remembrance of his death for the forgiveness of sins and the new and everlasting covenant.
1.) Eph. 2: 19
2.) 1 Tim. 3: 15
3.) Jn 17: 17, Ps. 119: 160
4.) Gal. 3: 14, 2 Cor. 1: 21, 22

you mean this household to be some sort of a community right ?

which church and what truth ? if this truth is found in the Word of God , and the Word of God is the Bible and there are hundreds of Bibles today ( i mean ther are many versions and interpretations) who can say which is the truth ? do u trust urself to identify THE truth ?

there are hundreds of them claiming to be God's household ( if you mean God's family or community , if not , explain , i pray, what the 'household' here means ) , how would i know i am in theÂ* right one ?
i myself decline toÂ* quote any bible verses , for one reason , the bible itself is full of conflicting verses when interpreted by my mere human mind.
i appreciate answers without trying to push any religion or put down one. tnxÂ*
