Lactopafi.. nindot ang feeling sa imo tyan.. then nindot sab ang bowel movement...
try lang.. pero dapat kaantos sab ka sa kalain sa lasa..
pero nadugay na anad raman ko.
for me.. effective jud ang lactopafi...
been using it for years...
ang kanindot di rapud na mao ang maapil.. pati imo blood sugar mo lower.
just my experienced...
include lang gyud fruit every meal..and avoid Banana at night
para sa wala kabalo Banana is not advisable sa gabii unless graveyard shift mo..
